CDS, South Portland, Maine, can offer client employers a legal consultations benefit. A worker in an EAP with the benefit can get one free, 30-minute face-to-face or telephone consultation per separate legal matter per year.
A worker can also get free preparation of a simple will, or a 25% discount on the lawyer services needed to prepare a more complicated will.
An EAP member also can get one free, 30-minute face-to-face or telephone consultation with a tax counselor per separate tax issue per year.
