ACAP, Washington, represents Medicaid plans and other "safety net" plans. Member plans provide health coverage for 6 million people.
Summit Re, Fort Wayne, Ind., which has a relationship with Swiss Reinsurance Company, Zurich, sells health plan reinsurance and related risk management services.
