Sandy Praeger has confirmed she will campaign for another term as Kansas state insurance commissioner. She told The Topeka Capital-Journal that her decision "stems directly from a desire to be a player in development and implementation of a new approach to health insurance." Praeger is a Republican from Lawrence.
