The Georgia State Personnel Administration has hired Hewitt Associates Inc. to handle some benefit plan administrative tasks.
Hewitt, Lincolnshire, Ill., will provide flexible benefit administration services for about 130,000 Georgia state employees.
Hewitt also will provide a pay and benefits valuation service for about 80,000 state employees, the company says.
