Two software companies will be joining to set up billing systems for insurers.
MajescoMastek Software Inc., Edison, N.J., a unit of Mastek Ltd., Mumbai, India, has agreed to form a business alliance with ImageRight, Conyers, Ga., a unit of Vertafore Inc., Bothell, Wash.
The companies will sell billing systems that combine MajescoMastek's STG Billing system with ImageRight's content management technology.
