USNow L.P. has agreed to offer services from Surgical Trip L.L.C. to all employer and association limited benefit health plan customers.
USNow, Plano, Texas, and Surgical Trip, Boca Raton, Fla., say they believe the alliance is the first structured in such a way that a national marketer of limited benefit plans will make a medical tourism program available to all plan members.
"The Surgical Trip medical tourism program will provide USNow members with access to surgical procedures at significantly lower cost when performed at select, accredited hospitals overseas," USNow says.
USNow will offer the program to all new USNow groups and to all existing USNow groups that renew their coverage, the firm says.
