A national benefits broker has scooped up a regional firm.
Hub International Ltd., Chicago, says it has acquired M&L Insurance Services Corp., Thousand Oaks, Calif.
Hub is not saying how much it is paying for M&L.
Hub California's existing Thousand Oaks office will combine with the M&L operation in M&L's offices, Hub says.
