A financial services giant has formed a new distribution relationship.
A unit of Morgan Stanley & Company Inc., New York, has agreed to market 401(k) plan services from John Hancock Retirement Plan Services, Boston, a unit of Manulife Financial Corp., Toronto, through 8,500 financial representatives.
