The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans has published a guide for multiemployer benefit fund trustees who must take legal action to collect delinquent plan contributions.
The book, Collecting Employer Contributions: The ERISA Litigation Guide, was written by Travis Ketterman, an attorney with trust fund collection case experience, according to the IFEBP, Brookfield, Wis.
