The U. S. Department of Labor's Employee Benefits Security Administration will hold a public hearing Oct. 21 on a proposed regulation relating to retirement plan investment advice providers.
EBSA will hold the hearing in Washington.
The proposed regulation would affect advisors helping holders of individual retirement accounts as well as participants in 401(k) plans and other self-directed individual account plans.
