Pacific Life Insurance Company has introduced an online service that it says will allow advisors and clients to customize variable annuities offered by the company.
Its Web-based "Custom Model Builder" allows financial professionals to create made-to-order annuities from among 33 investment options offered by 21 money-management companies, according to Pacific Life, Newport Beach, Calif.
Custom Model includes access to optional benefits that provide a lifetime income guarantee, the company says.
