Credit Suisse Life Settlements LLC says it has obtained approval to sell life settlements in Florida and Puerto Rico.
Credit Suisse Life Settlements, New York, says it is one of a limited number of carriers licensed to sell the products in Florida, and that it is the first provider to obtain such a license in Puerto Rico.
The company, part of Credit Suisse Group, Zurich, now offers life settlements in 45 U.S. states and jurisdictions.
