A multi-line insurer is expanding the number of services available through its customer Web site.

The benefits arm of Liberty Mutual Group, Boston, has added the services to the claim and claim status sites.

New features include a tool that can help employees submit their own demographic information and evidence of insurability information through the Web, a tool that can help employees submit their own claims, and a tool that can help employers submit disability and leave-of-absence claims on employees' behalf.
