Richard J. DeCarolis has joined Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company as vice president and controller. His responsibilities include financial reporting, accounting, financial controls, and tax and treasury. He will also be responsible for the company's broker/dealer subsidiary Hornor, Townsend & Kent Inc. Prior to joining Penn Mutual, DeCarolis was chief financial officer for HTH Worldwide.
