PolicyOptions L.L.C. has obtained viatical settlement broker licenses in Georgia, Kentucky and New Jersey.
PolicyOptions, Irvine, Calif., a life settlement brokerage, now is able to conduct life settlement transactions in 45 states and the District of Columbia, the company says.
In some cases, the company can handle policies with death benefits as low as $50,000, the company says.
