UnitedHealth Group Inc. has bought a minority interest in Fidelity Sedgwick Holdings Inc.
Fidelity Sedgwick, Memphis, Tenn., is a unit of Fidelity National Financial Inc., Jacksonville, Fla., and the parent of Sedgwick CMS, a claims-management service that also offers absence-management programs.
UnitedHealth, Minnetonka, Minn., and Sedgwick CMS announced in December that they were teaming up to help large employers link health care, disability, workers' compensation and leave-management programs.
