PrimeVest Financial Services has agreed to help market recruiting services from Human Capital Resources Inc. to banks and other financial institutions.
Paul Werlin, president of HCR, St. Petersburg, Fla., will help banks investment programs find and retain insurance professionals, says PrimeVest, St. Cloud, Minn., a broker-dealer affiliated with ING Groep N.V., Amsterdam.
