A large health insurer has agreed to sell health insurance for individuals under age 65 through Empyrean Benefit Solutions Inc.
Empyrean, Houston, will sell coverage from Aetna Inc., Hartford, through a Web-based system that combines benefits administration tools with analytical tools, Empyrean says.
