The Cornhusker State is trying to encourage residents to prepare for the cost of long term care.
Nebraska Gov. Dave Heineman has issued a proclamation designating November as Long-Term Care Partnership Awareness Month, according to the National Association of Health Underwriters, Arlington, Va.
