A human resources consulting firm has set up a practice that will help employers manage employees' days off.
Buck Consultants, New York, a subsidiary of Affiliated Computer Services Inc., Dallas, says its new Absence & Productivity Solutions unit will help design, set up and run absence management programs.
Buck will run absence management programs using LeaveLink, a Web-based system from Absentys L.L.C., Chattanooga, Tenn., Buck says.
