A company that sells systems for selling health insurance through the Web is building a popular communications tool into its product.

Connecture Inc., Atlanta, says it has integrated Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 into its InsureConnect system, which helps with procedures such as issuing quotes, enrolling plan members and administering policies.

The arrangement means that InsureConnect users can use electronic mail systems and other contact management systems that use the familiar Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office interfaces, Connecture says.
