A large insurer will be offering discounts on a wider array of complementary health services.
Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, New York, has extended and renewed a contract with WholeHealth Networks, Sterling, Va., a unit of Healthways Inc., Nashville, Tenn.
Members of Guardian group health plans now have access to more providers of massage, chiropractic care, acupuncture and other alternative medical services, Guardian says.
