LTC Global Solutions Inc. today announced it has acquired an annuity distributor in Texas.
LTCGS, Medford, Ore., says it acquired Senior Wealth Care Insurance Services, Woodlands, Texas, so it could offer fixed and equity-indexed annuities to its nearly 100,000 long term care insurance clients.
The company markets LTC and other insurance products through its subsidiaries, ACSIA Long Term Care Inc. and Senior Global Solutions L.L.C.
