A financial services marketing consortium is sticking with a support services vendor.
M Financial Group, Portland, Ore., has agreed to extend its current support services contract with McCamish Systems L.L.C., Atlanta, for 5 more years, McCamish says.
McCamish has been handling call center, policy issue, policy administration and claims processing services for M Financial's Magnastar life insurance products since 1999.
In addition to entering into a new contract with M Financial, McCamish will be entering into separate policy administration contracts with each of the carriers that participate in the Magnastar program.
