Manulife Financial Corp. has obtained exclusive distribution rights in Canada for a program that helps non-U.S. employers provide health coverage for U.S. employees.

Manulife, Toronto, says it will be offering the ClearSource program to Canadian group benefit plan sponsors with 50 or fewer resident U.S. employees.
