The National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies has released the Communications Standard Coding system.
The system is supposed to simplify and speed up communications between producers, brokerage general agencies and carriers, according to NAILBA, Fairfax, Va.
The communications subcommittee of the NAILBA Application Pipeline Task Force created the system to help BGAs identify the subject matter of incoming information and distribute it quickly to the appropriate parties, NAILBA says.
