Health insurers are joining forces to add a family of small group plans for Garden State employers.
Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, New York, and Heal Net of the Northeast Inc., Shelton, Conn., a unit of Health Net Inc., Woodland Hills, Calif., are introducing the Healthcare Solutions Outlook plans.
The program includes 28 plans that offer employers choices about co-payments, deductibles and coinsurance rates.
Half of the plans are health maintenance organization plans, and half are point-of-service plans.
The plans come with disease management and health management programs.
