A Northwestern health insurer has picked a health savings account services partner.
The Regence Group, Portland, Ore., the parent of several Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies, has agreed to get HSA debit card and financial planning services for its members from HSA Bank, a unit of Webster Financial Corp., Waterbury, Conn.
