National Health Partners Inc. has hired Lucia Mendez, a Mexican actor and singer, to help it advertise its CARExpress health discount card program.
Mendez will appear starting in May as a spokeswoman in radio and television commercials aimed at Hispanic consumers, according to National Health Partners, Horsham, Pa.
