A major insurer is selling high-deductible health insurance in more states.
Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, New York, says it now is offering high-deductible, health savings account-compatible health coverage in Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
At this point, Guardian is not bundling the coverage together with the HSAs.
