A company that helps 401(k) plan administrators handle plan loans is building electronic bridges to a major software firm.
The loan system company, 401kLoans L.L.C., St. Cloud, Minn., is adding a module that can help plan administrators connect the 401kLoans system with retirement plan administration systems from Envisage Information Systems L.L.C., Genoa, N.Y.
The deal should help administrators plug the loan management system into the Schwab Retirement Technology recordkeeping system and into the Envisage Enveritus Web system, according to 401kLoans.
