Evergreen Re Inc., a company that helps managed care companies protect themselves from catastrophic losses, is opening offices in Chicago and Fort Collins, Colo.
Evergreen Re, Stuart, Fla., says Carol Ann Folkman, a senior pharmacy consultant with the firm's Evergreen Rx division, will run the Chicago office.
Mike Bible, an account executive, will run the Colorado office.
