The Oregon arm of Health Net Inc. will be offering group health coverage in more counties in Oregon and Washington state starting Jan. 1, 2006.[@@]
Health Net Health Plan of Oregon Inc., Tigard, Ore., a subsidiary of Health Net, Los Angeles, says it will be selling preferred provider organization coverage in all Oregon and Washington counties.
Up till now, Health Net has been providing or administering PPO health coverage for 154,000 customers in 18 Oregon counties and Clark County, Wash.
Health Net's group health maintenance organization products will be available across the state of Oregon and in Clark, Cowlitz, Klickitat, Pacific, Skamania and Wahkiakum counties in southwest Washington, the company says.
