Vision Service Plan Inc. has hired Rob Lynch to succeed Roger Valine as president in mid-2006.[@@]
Valine is retiring, according to VSP, Sacramento, Calif.
Lynch has been a consultant at Buck Consultants, a unit of Affiliated Computer Services Inc., Dallas. He also has served on the VSP board for 9 years.
