The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, Chicago, and Visa USA, San Francisco, will be offering co-branded health account payment cards to members of Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans throughout the United States.
In the past, many Blues plans have arranged to use health account cards that carry the MasterCard logo.
