Navigant Consulting Inc. has hired James Schacht to be a managing director.[@@]
Schacht is a former Illinois insurance director who also has acted as a special deputy receiver for Illinois insurance regulators, according to Navigant, Chicago, a financial services consulting firm.
Before joining Navigant, Schacht helped PricewaterhouseCoopers L.L.P., New York, develop an insurance and regulatory consulting practice.
