The report, which costs $4,000, provides general information about carriers' results, persistency and penetration, and it also gives detailed descriptions of product structures, underwriting parameters, costs, distribution systems, commissions and other aspects of 24 major voluntary STD programs, according to Eastbridge, Avon, Conn.
