Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is giving all self-insured employer health plan groups access to a Web-based claim analysis system.[@@]
Plan managers can use the eInfoNow system to handle tasks such as analyzing general experience trends or looking at the effects of wellness programs, according to North Carolina Blue, Chapel Hill, N.C.
North Carolina Blue already has been testing the system on some large self-insured group health customers.
The system is a service of Health Data Management Solutions Inc., Beachwood, Ohio.
