Mutual of Omaha has appointed David A. Diamond as executive vice president and chief financial officer, the company's chairman and chief executive officer Dan Neary announced. [@@]
Diamond most recently was president and managing director for Nationwide Global, the international insurance operations of Nationwide Financial Services Inc., Columbus, Ohio.
As CFO, a position Mutual of Omaha recently created, Diamond will be responsible for financial operations and for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, Neary says.
