Emerson, Reid, New York, is a benefits wholesaler with operations in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Dascit/White, New York, is a small group benefits general agency.
The price of the Dascit/White deal was not available, but Emerson, Reid says it expects Dascit/White to generate about $3 million in annual revenue.
