Marsh, a Marsh & McLennan insurance brokerage unit, and Mercer Human Resource Consulting, a Marsh & McLennan human resources consulting unit, are forming Mercer Health & Benefits L.L.C.
The new business will handle health plans and other group benefits plans.
Bernard Morency is the global business leader of Mercer Health & Benefits, and Robert O'Brien is the U.S. business leader, according to Marsh & McLennan. The U.S. business will have offices in more than 80 markets.
