Delta Dental of California has hired Rick Doering to be vice president of human resources.[@@]
Doering previously was head of human resources at Tenet HealthSystem Medical Inc., Dallas, according to Delta Dental, San Francisco.
Doering has a bachelor's degree in business from the University of California at Berkeley and a master's degree in industrial relations from the University of Wisconsin.
