Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company has appointed William Noyes as a managing director of its retirement unit.
Noyes will be in charge of institutional sales for the company's Retirement Services division in Connecticut, western Massachusetts, upstate New York and Vermont.
He has worked for MassMutual, Springfield, Mass., since 1996. Most recently, he was national consultant practice leader for the Retirement Services division.
