American International Group Inc. has promoted Keith Duckett to vice president of administration, and it has hired Michael Roemer to succeed Duckett as director of internal audit.[@@]
Duckett has been a vice president in the internal audit division since 2001.
Roemer previously was a senior vice president in the general audit department at J.P. Morgan Chase & Company, New York.
Roemer has a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. John's University.
