Christian Fidelity, Phoenix, an established funeral insurer, says its menu of Medicare supplement, or "Medigap," products in Arizona will include plans A, F and G.
The Medigap plans are guaranteed renewable, Christian Fidelity says.
Christian Fidelity will be selling products in Arizona through a network of independent personal producing general agents and brokers.
