HSA Bank says it has sold about 46,000 new health savings accounts during the first 5 months of the year, up from a total of 45,500 new HSAs for all of 2004.[@@]
The company, a unit of Webster Financial Corp., Waterbury, Conn., says it now manages 116,000 HSAs with a total of $200 million in HSA deposits.
