Patient Prognostix Inc. has introduced the Self Well Systems Employer Health Management program.[@@]
The program includes a Web-based health risk appraisal system for employees, a health risk scoring system that can help employers identify employees at risk for developing health problems, and a system for setting personalized health improvement goals, according to Patient Prognostix, Boca Raton, Fla.
The program also includes action planners, appointment planners and other tools for tracking employees' progress.
