As Chairman, CEO, and CIO of U.S. Global Investors, Inc., Frank E. Holmes manages $2.2 billion in assets in 13 no-load funds in the U.S. Global Investors and U.S. Accolade fund families. Holmes has a controlling interest in the San Antonio firm, which trades on Nasdaq as GROW.
A Toronto native, Holmes holds a BA in economics and natural science from the University of Western Ontario's Huron College. He covered emerging growth companies as a research analyst and portfolio manager, with investment banking experience in the gold mining industry and international capital markets.
