CIGNA HealthCare, Bloomfield, Conn., has started selling health savings account-compatible plans to Florida companies with 51 to 200 employees.
In the past, the company sold HSA-compatible plans in Florida only to employers with at least 200 employees.
CIGNA HealthCare is a unit of CIGNA Corp., Philadelphia.
