America's Health Insurance Plans has handed out $80,000 in grants to promote advances in health coverage.[@@]
AHIP, Washington, has given a $50,000 grant for innovation in immunization practices to Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Georgia Inc., Atlanta, and $30,000 grant for innovation in asthma care to Neighborhood Health Plan, Boston.
Kaiser has helped set up a program to improve immunization of adolescents.
Neighborhood Health Plan has been working on strategies to modify the homes of patients with asthma.
